The Creepy Staircase at a showing

I'm a Realtor...you may or may not know this... I show lots of houses, more than what I would like sometimes. JUST KIDDING, I show all the houses with the same gusto! Anyway, this is a house I showed yesterday. I seemed a bit creepy. Just thought I'd print it in black and white so add to the eeriness! There's been a few houses that I've shown that have a weird feeling about them. There was even a property tour organized at one of my previous companies that consisted of everyone going to see what the "weird feeling" was in a certain house. Everyone said that it felt like you couldn't breathe in there. I don't know why I didn't make it to that property tour, but it sounds like I missed a memorable one. Anyway, got any cool spooky stories??

By the way, I bet the owners didn't realize how creepy the staircase would look without the carpet!! hahahaaa!

The worlds ten creepiest abandoned cities | Gadling.com - StumbleUpon

Why is it that we have some weird fascination with spooky, creepy things? There are so many websites and books about haunted or scary places. I "stumbledupon" this great blog entry about some of the world's creepiest abandoned towns. This is really interesting. Some of these towns have been abandoned due to natural disasters and others were "rumored" to be caused by supernatural forces. Ooooh eeee oooo! I actually would like to check some of these out. Not too sure on the ones that had massive amounts of deaths. My poor little chicken heart couldn't take it. I think the one in Oradour-Sur-Glane reminds me of the town in the movie "Silent Hill". Aack!! It's so strange that there are places like this on our planet that we don't know about. Incredible.....

5 Outrageous Stories of Real-Life "Up" Houses | HouseLogic

Who DIDN'T like Pixar's "Up"?? I know I did. Did you know that it was inspired by a true story? Edith Macefield owned a home that she refused to sell to developers even after they offered her nearly $1 million!! There are a few other homes in the article attached that have a similar story....enjoy.
